The "Spring Equinox" 春分 is the midway point in spring when day and night are of equal length. 

Our “Spring Equinox” beer has two protagonists: plum and malt. The wine is made from Taiwanese green plums produced in spring, and the wort is fermented with Champagne yeast. The two roles are mixed in equal parts. The "Spring Equinox" has a rich fruity aroma and the sweetness of plums. This is the sweet gift that the earth responds to on the way to spring.
