The solar term "Autumn Equinox" coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival. Following the Belgian wheat brewing tradition, the pomelo skin is peeled off and paired with domestic wheat, bringing out a leisurely citrus aroma and a subtle hint of coriander seeds.
