Todd The Axe Man is an IPA that we originally developed with Surly Brewing from Minneapolis, and it has been so popular that it has become our signature beer, an IPA that all connoissers associate with Amager Bryghus. The malt base is the British Golden Promise malt, originally developed to make whisky from. It is hoppy whole twice on fermentation tank for extra very aromatic hop scent.
With its bastante hops, it is a beer that can easily match spicy and savoury tapas dishes.
