Eggers Hops, a farm in the Nelson region of New Zealand, over 11,000 miles from where we are in the UK grows some incredible Riwaka. Their Eggers Special is an epigenetic variant of Riwaka that has an aroma and taste like nothing we've ever come across and we're super excited to share it with you in this beer!
