Orders, Payments & Returns | The Great Beer Experiment


All products are sold on a first pay basis and are subject to acceptance and availability. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not secure until payment is successfully processed, and may be purchased by other customers.

If we are unable to supply you with a Product, we will inform you of this by phone call or e-mail. You can then choose to either replace the product with a same value item or remove the product from your order. If payment has been made, we will refund you the value of the unavailable products(s).

All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax. Prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of The Great Beer Experiment, without prior notice. 
You can choose to create an online account with us or as a guest. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information as indicated. Please ensure that all information entered is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. In the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account, please contact The Great Beer Experiment immediately. We will not be liable for any of your losses due to any unauthorized use of your account.

Our products are categorised to make purchasing a breeze. Adjust the quantity that you intend to purchase and this will be updated automatically in your shopping cart. To receive updates on new arrivals and promotions, subscribe to our mailing list.

Planning a surprise gift? How about we add a hand-written card and ribbon around the package? Indicate in your order that you would like us to add a ribbon and a card (state recipient’s name and your message).

Step 2 You'll then be prompted to fill in your billing and delivery information. Should you already have an account with us, your address will be pre-filled upon logging into our website.

Step 4 To make payment and complete your order, simply click [Complete Order] and you will be directed to the Shopify Payments. Step 5 Upon completion at the check-out page, you will be given an order number and receive an email confirming your order's details. This is to acknowledge that we have received your order. A subsequent email will be sent once your order has been packed and dispatched for delivery. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam mail folder.

The order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation to treat a product or service. The Great Beer Experiment reserves the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.

If you would like to cancel your order, inform us by phone or email within 2 hour once the first email confirmation of your order has been sent out to you. We are however, unable to accommodate cancellation requests after this period. 
This Returns Policy only applies where you make a purchase online from our website.

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase from our website, so that you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and your legal rights and remedies.

We also recommend you immediately inspect your purchase upon delivery to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods. In the event of discrepancies or damage, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

You may return your item for any of the following reasons: 
Wrong item in your package;
Missing item in your package;
Damaged item upon arrival.
Under what conditions is/are the item(s) non-returnable:
Damage due to inappropriate handling and storage after delivery;
Change of mind upon receipt.

In your email requesting for return, please state

  1. Valid reason (Wrong Item | Missing Item | Broken Item) for return. For broken item upon arrival, attach photographs of item inside original packaging (box)
  2. Order invoice number
  3. Your full name and mobile 

Our team will be in contact with you and arrange a free return pick-up (where necessary).

If your return is valid, we will process your replacement or refund. Note that refund will take up to fourteen (14) working days, subjected to processing duration of your local bank.

Payment for all orders shall be made in Singapore Dollars (S$).

In the event of any shortfall in payment, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional amounts; and

In the event of any overpayment, we will reverse or refund the excess amounts paid for such item in accordance with our prevailing refund policy at the time of delivery.
