Staying true to our philosophy of craft brewing, we introduce Singapore very own Gryphon Sparkling Tea. This range uses the same tea that goes into Gryphon famous silken tea sachets. Each bottle is carefully cold brewed our teas and each artisanal batch for is brewed for a total of 12 hours in a temperature-controlled environment

Using a proprietary extraction method, Gryphon's process of cold steeping allows the tea leaves to bloom slowly and gradually releasing delicate volatile aromas. This technique ensures maximum infusion and minimum interruption.
